Avec la r\u00e9forme du Syst\u00e8me d’Immatriculation des V\u00e9hicules<\/strong>, le conducteur peut d\u00e9sormais choisir l’identifiant territorial pr\u00e9sent sur sa plaque d’immatriculation. Il peut donc choisir librement son num\u00e9ro de d\u00e9partement ou le logo ind\u00e9pendamment de son lieu d’habitation. <\/strong>Dans le cas des voitures, qui ont besoin de deux plaques, le conducteur a-t-il le droit de choisir des identifiants territoriaux diff\u00e9rents ?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’identifiant territorial doit \u00eatre identique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sur ce point, la loi est tr\u00e8s claire et ne laisse pas de doute possible. Selon l’article 9 de l‘<\/strong>arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 9 f\u00e9vrier 2009<\/strong><\/a> : \u00ab\u00a0Lorsque le v\u00e9hicule comporte deux plaques, l’identifiant territorial doit \u00eatre identique sur la plaque avant et sur la plaque arri\u00e8re<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.  En plus de devoir \u00eatre identique, les logos doivent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la plaque<\/strong>. Ces derniers ne peuvent \u00eatre ajout\u00e9s par la suite avec un autocollant par exemple. Cette pratique assez courante reste parfaitement ill\u00e9gale.  Pourtant, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi, il est formellement interdit de modifier sa plaque d’immatriculation<\/a> en collant en sticker pour changer l’identifiant territorial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout manquement \u00e0 cette r\u00e8gle peut entra\u00eener une amende minor\u00e9e de 90\u20ac. <\/strong>Aucun point n’est retir\u00e9 de votre permis de conduire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Identifiant territorial : n\u00b0 de d\u00e9partement identique mais logo diff\u00e9rent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Avec la cr\u00e9ation de 7 nouvelles r\u00e9gions, des nouveaux logos apparaissent.\u00a0 Si votre v\u00e9hicule poss\u00e8de deux plaques ayant le m\u00eame n\u00b0 de d\u00e9partement mais un logo de r\u00e9gion diff\u00e9rent, il faudra obligatoirement refaire une plaque d’immatriculation<\/strong>. Exemple : vous poss\u00e9dez une voiture avec deux plaques ancien logo Rh\u00f4ne Alpes. Vous avez un l\u00e9ger accident rendant illisible la plaque d’immatriculation avant.\u00a0 En changeant, vous obtenez une plaque avec le nouveau logo de r\u00e9gion. Dans ce cas, vous serez dans l’obligation de changer la plaque arri\u00e8re \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
